The following disclosures apply to your use of singlesourcecapital.com (the "Site") and any pre-qualification request submitted through it. They should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Our role

When you submit a pre-qualification request, we review the information you provide and, where appropriate, refer your request to one or more funding partners. Each funding partner has its own underwriting criteria, products, rates, fees, and terms. Single Source Capital is not a party to any financing agreement between you and a funding partner.

2. Compensation

We may receive compensation from funding partners when they originate financing for applicants we refer. This compensation may take the form of commissions, referral fees, or similar payments. This means we have a financial interest in introducing you to funding partners. We do not, however, receive payment in exchange for preferential treatment in a way that would override our obligation to deal with you in good faith. You are never required to accept any offer presented to you.

3. No guarantee of funding or specific terms

Pre-qualification is informational only. It is not a commitment to lend and does not guarantee that you will be offered financing, that any particular product will be available, or that any specific rate, amount, or term will be offered. Final decisions are made by the funding partner based on its own underwriting criteria, verification, and applicable law.

4. Service area

Single Source Capital currently operates in forty-five (45) U.S. states. We do not do business with, or solicit, applicants residing or operating in the following states:

• California
• Missouri
• New York
• Utah
• Virginia

Nothing on the Site is intended as an offer, solicitation, or advertisement for financing in any state where we do not do business, or in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful. We may update our service area at any time without prior notice.

5. Credit and background information

Funding partners may conduct credit checks, background checks, bank account verification, business verification, or other reviews in connection with evaluating your request. By submitting a pre-qualification request, you acknowledge and authorize those reviews to the extent permitted by applicable law. Credit inquiries may affect your credit score. Single Source Capital does not perform credit pulls itself.

6. Fair and responsible lending

We support fair and responsible access to capital. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We expect the funding partners we work with to comply with all applicable fair lending and consumer protection laws.

7. Informational use only

Content on the Site — including articles, FAQ answers, and general descriptions of financing products — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before making any financing decision.

8. Accuracy of your information

Decisions by funding partners are based in large part on the information you provide. Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may delay or prevent you from receiving an offer, and may be a violation of law. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and current.
